Ecto – an application which allows you to compose blog posts locally, then save them as drafts to edit later. http://illuminex.com/ecto/
Image Shackle – This is a dashboard widget that allows you to resize an image quickly, and is the easiest way to make your photos the right size. http://www.apple.com/downloads/dashboard/developer/imageshackle.html
